Dr. Kenneth A. Bailey earned his B.A. in Human Biology at Stanford University and his MD from the University of Southern California. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and previously by the American Board of surgery.

He completed his General Surgery Internship and Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he was Chief Resident and Administrative Chief Resident.  He completed his Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, UT.

Dr. Bailey has been in private practice in Billings, MT since 1995 specializing in Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery.  He is affiliated with both St. Vincent Healthcare and the Billings Clinic and performs outpatient surgery at the Yellowstone Surgery Center and Northern Rockies Surgery Center.

Dr. Bailey's wife Ieva Bailey MD is a practicing gynocologist in Billings.  They have two children Krista and Karl ages 19 and 14. Other than spending time with his family  Dr Bailey enjoys many hobbies. He is an accomplished alpine skier, and cyclist, fly-fisherman and outdoorsman.
