Here is what other satisfied patients are saying.....

Dear Dr. Bailey,

You probably won't remember me, I was a patient of yours back in 1999 when I was involved in a MVA and suffered a horrific degloving injury to my lower left leg.  You reconstructed my lower left leg/ankle (along with Dr. Wilson) using muscle grafts, skin grafts, and bone grafts.  The leg works great, I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts.  Recently, I have been having some arthritis issues with the ankle and went to see an orthopedist and he marveled at your work.  He said "the Plastic Surgeon did a phenomenal job!"  He was even more impressed when I told him you had used a muscle graft from my back.  I never told you thank you for saving my leg because I moved to Arizona and never followed up with you, so thank you.  In 2004 I received my RN license and have for the last 7 years worked in the rehabilitation unit at Providence hospital in Medford, Oregon.  I think it just may have been "Providence" that you and Dr. Wilson were there to save my leg.

Sincerely,

Hallie W.

For over ten years, I put off having Breast Reduction surgery.  I was nervous about the expense, the down-time and unwarranted feeling of seeming vain.  However, one year ago at the age of 51,  I decided to take the plunge.  Heavy breasts were causing serious back pain.  Another annoying thing was that my bra straps were making indentations into my shoulders.  I consulted with Dr. Ken Bailey who made me feel very comfortable about my problem and soon became aware that he understands what women face with this issue and so I was immediately put at ease.  He and his staff were knowledgeable about the insurance process and my provider paid for the procedure without a hitch.  This made the whole experience easier for me I now wish I had not waited so long.

Another concern I had was what would my scars look like, but one year after surgery the scar lines, tiny as they are have faded and can hardly be seen.  I am now two bra sizes smaller, my clothes fit better and I have virtually no back pain.  Another plus: my posture is better, as is my self-esteem, I feel great.

I also decided to have a tummy tuck at the same time since had always had problems with weak lower abdomen muscles no matter how much I exercised.  Again, I worried about scars and again, a year later the scar can hardly be seen.  The sutures were intricately fine and carefully done and thus my concern of scars was allayed.  The healing process was exactly as he predicted so I didn't experience any surprises.

My scheduled follow-up appointments were timely and comforting, recuperation was blessedly easy and Dr. Bailey's "bed-side" manners were considerate, understanding and even encouraging.  I feel now that I have done the right thing by taking care of myself, and my future, I only wish that I had done it sooner.

I don't hesitate to recommend Dr. Ken Bailey for plastic or reconstructive and aesthetic cosmetic procedures.   A.G.
